Returns & Delivery
At Tri 1st we are committed to providing the best customer service, be it in our store or online. We endeavour to provide an efficient and transparent delivery service to ensure that your purchase reaches you safely and quickly. We will keep you fully informed of your order status via email, from receipt to dispatch. All orders for products, which are in stock and placed before 1 pm Mon – Fri will be dispatched on the same day.
Unfortunately, sometimes things can go wrong; items sell out quickly or are not in stock for immediate dispatch. We will do our best not to disappoint you and endeavour to resolve all problems as quickly as possible. If we cannot meet our timescales, we will contact you upon receipt of your order to advise you of any delays.

Clothing, parts & accessories: will be dispatched using postal services.
Bikes & Frames: Bikes & frames that are in stock are dispatched within 48 hours to allow for a thorough pre-delivery safety inspection and/or assembly and packing. All bikes & frames will be dispatched FREE of charge within the UK MAINLAND using a next day courier delivery service.
Bulky Items: will be dispatched using a courier service. Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you of the courier and estimated delivery date.
International orders for smaller items under 2 kg (clothing, shoes, accessories & parts) will be dispatched with Royal Mail Airsure. Bulky items and bikes will be dispatched using the most suitable international express courier. Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you of the estimated delivery date and the courier.
Delivery times vary depending on destination. Most orders should arrive within 10 days but please allow up to 30 days (delays can occur due to customs, weather conditions etc).

Please note, import duties, taxes and other customs clearance charges may apply once the shipment reaches your country. These must be borne by you. It is our legal duty to declare the full value of the goods on all packages. All credit cards will be charged in GBP. Your credit card provider will convert the amount to your local currency.
No purchase is complete until you are completely satisfied with the item(s) you ordered.
You have 14 days within which to change your mind. You can exchange items for another colour or size, or simply return them to us if you are not satisfied with your order. All we ask is that the items are returned unworn or unused (i.e. in a perfect condition) with labels intact, the original packaging and our ‘RETURNS FORM’. We cannot accept returns without a completed returns form!

Please note that is your responsibility to pay for return postage costs unless the item you received is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part. In such instances we will reimburse you for the postage charges incurred for returning the defective/wrong item to us.
We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore advise you to obtain a proof of postage or using the Royal Mail Signed For service for proof of delivery.
We aim to process refunds within 3 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds can only be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.
If you request an exchange item, we will dispatch it on a UK priority delivery service, at no extra cost to you (subject to stock availability). Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping on replacement orders outside the UK.
Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have not received your order please contact us within 14 days of order to qualify for a full refund or replacement product(s). If products are returned to Tri 1st due to an incorrect address or non-collection from the local post office, a full refund minus the postage fees will be given.
